1. Production process

3. Pulping

Pulping is a process for the manufacture of biodegradable disposable cutlery products. The pulping process includes: disintegrating the pulp board into chemical fiber slurry with a hydroelectric pulper, selecting the disintegrated chemical fiber slurry, removing sand and purifying it, and then appropriately separating the chemical fiber according to the refiner. In the pulping process, strict control of the refining degree of various pulps is particularly important for the product formation and product quality of the subsequent process. If the degree of refining is too high, it will be difficult to filter the water when the product is vacuum pumped and formed. After drying in the drying furnace, the product will have a relatively large shrinkage and deformation. If the refining time is too low, the fusion compressive strength of the product will be low, and the stiffness and tensile strength of the product will be greatly reduced, which will directly affect the performance indicators of the equipment.
